Appointify Beta Brand Ambassador Agreement

This Beta Brand Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Appointify ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("Beta Brand Ambassador", "you").

By joining the Beta Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to the terms below.

This program allows you to earn commission by sharing Appointify with others.
You agree to promote Appointify honestly and ethically.

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Comply with applicable laws and FTC disclosure rules
• Not misrepresent your relationship with Appointify
  

We may approve or remove Beta Brand Ambassadors at our discretion.

Beta Brand Ambassador earns:

• $50 one time payment per new referred customer who becomes an active Appointify beta user for at least 3 months
  

Commission only applies to active beta user accounts who are actively using Appointify for a minimum of 3 months from the time of sign up.

• Paid once per active user sign up (Net 90)
• Minimum balance to receive payout: $50
• Beta Brand Ambassador is responsible for providing valid payment details
• Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations void commission
  

• Appointify uses cookies and internal tracking technology to identify Beta Brand Ambassador referrals. When someone clicks your Beta Brand Ambassador link, a tracking cookie is placed on their device.
  
  
• Cookie window: 60 days
• Attribution: last click
• Qualifying conversion: a user who becomes a paying Appointify customer within the cookie window
• No self-referrals or sign-ups using your own link
• If a user deletes cookies, uses another device, or does not use your link, we cannot guarantee tracking
• If another Beta Brand Ambassador link is clicked after yours, the most recent Beta Brand Ambassador receives credit.
• Our intent is to keep this fair, accurate, and transparent.

Beta Brand Ambassador may not:

• Mislead, pressure, or harass potential users
• Make false promises or income claims
• Use spam, bots, or paid traffic without approval
• Use Appointify’s brand to run ads without written approval
• Pretend to be Appointify or represent us as your company
• Create domains, usernames, or pages pretending to be Appointify
  

We promote calm, ethical sharing — always.

Beta Brand Ambassador must clearly disclose Beta Brand Ambassador links when posting or recommending Appointify.

Examples:

“This is an Beta Brand Ambassador link — I use Appointify and love it.”

You may:

• Share personal experience with Appointify
• Post content on social media, blogs, or email
• Recommend Appointify to friends or clients
  

You may not:

• Use hype, false claims, or high-pressure tactics
• Suggest guaranteed income or results
• Misrepresent software functions or pricing
  

Our tone = real, conversational, supportive, ethical.

This Agreement begins when you join and continues until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate participation if:

• Program terms are violated
• Fraud or dishonest promotion is suspected
• Beta Brand Ambassador creates harm to the brand or community
  

Beta Brand Ambassador may leave at any time by written notice.

Beta Brand Ambassador is responsible for any tax reporting or obligations on earnings.

Appointify is not liable for:

• Losses related to Beta Brand Ambassador earnings
• Business decisions made by Beta Brand Ambassador
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  

We may update commission rates or terms.
We will notify Beta Brand Ambassadors of material changes.

Continued participation means you accept updates.

This is not employment, partnership, or agency.
You are an independent participant.

By joining the Appointify Beta Brand Ambassador Program, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to this Agreement
• You will promote ethically and truthfully
• You will comply with applicable laws and guidelines
