No, Appointify is a stand-alone solution that works independently of your existing scheduling software. You don't need to have scheduling software to use Appointify.

Yes, Appointify offers a mobile app for Apple and Android devices, allowing you to manage appointments and send appointment alerts from the Appointify mobile app. 

No waitlist? No problem! Appointify makes it easy to build and manage one from scratch. Just add customers to your waitlist over time right from the app — we’ve got you covered every step of the way.

No — Appointify doesn’t include payment processing — and that’s by design. You stay in full control by handling payments directly with your customer, just like you already do. No fees, no middlemen, just more booked spots and extra cash in your pocket. 

Appointify uses text (SMS) messages to allert customers on your waitlist about last-minute openings. Only one customer can claim an open appointment slot. If you don't have a waitlist Appoitify will become your waitlist. 

If the slot is already filled, Appointify will notify clients that this particular slot was filled but that they will be informed of future availability.

Absolutely! Appointify is ideal for any business that accepts appointments, including massage therapists, chiropractors, salons, fitness centers, medical practices, and more.

Appointify is not currently HIPAA compliant and does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs). While we take data privacy seriously and are actively working toward HIPAA compliance, our platform should not be used to store or transmit Protected Health Information.

If your business operates in a healthcare-regulated environment, we recommend using Appointify only for non-PHI communications for now. We'll share updates as soon as HIPAA support becomes available.
